LET’S MAKE SOMETHING WORTH WATCHING

We’re Levi and Asher Giffin, two brothers from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and the team behind Flood City Films, a locally owned video production and live broadcasting company serving Johnstown and communities throughout Western Pennsylvania.

Our passion for video, storytelling, and live production started right here in Johnstown on the Proclaim! TV crew at St. John Gualbert Cathedral. Through producing live services and events, we gained hands-on experience with multi-camera production, live streaming, camera operation, audio, graphics, and the teamwork required to deliver reliable professional broadcasts.

After having the opportunity to film a wedding for our church, we saw firsthand how powerful video can be in preserving meaningful, once-in-a-lifetime moments. That experience inspired us to create Flood City Films and expand into professional video production, event videography, sports broadcasting, dance recital coverage, commercial video production, and live streaming.

As Flood City Films has grown, so has our experience. Levi has worked professionally in Pittsburgh with the Pittsburgh Steelers and has helped cover college football, basketball, baseball, and a wide range of live events. Those opportunities have helped shape the broadcast quality, preparation, and professionalism we bring to every project.

No matter where the work takes us, Johnstown is home. Flood City Films is a family-run video production company built around serving local schools, sports programs, businesses, churches, dance studios, organizations, and families. We provide high-quality video production, multi-camera live broadcasting, sports coverage, event videography, commercial content, and livestreaming throughout Johnstown, Cambria County, and Western Pennsylvania.

Our goal is simple: combine professional production quality with the personal service of a local company.
