We’re Asher and Levi Giffin, two brothers from Johnstown, Pennsylvania who have had a passion for video, storytelling, and live broadcasting for as long as we can remember. We got our start right here in Johnstown on the Proclaim TV crew at St. John Gualbert Cathedral, where we gained hands-on experience producing live services and events and learned what it takes to run professional productions.

After having the opportunity to film a wedding for our church, we realized the impact that video can have in capturing meaningful, once-in-a-lifetime moments. That experience inspired us to start Flood City Films and pursue video production on a larger scale.

As we’ve grown, so has our experience. Levi has worked professionally in Pittsburgh with the Pittsburgh Steelers, along with covering college football, basketball, and a wide range of live events throughout the city. Those opportunities have helped shape the level of quality and professionalism we bring to every project.

But no matter where the work takes us, Johnstown is home. Flood City Films is a locally owned, family-run business built on serving our community. We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality video for weddings, sports, and live events—combining big-event experience with a personal, local approach.
